Abstract
This article aims to present a general analysis of the most important aspects of learning based on the hybrid Behaviorism - Cognitivism proposed by Robert Gagne. The development of literacy through the use of new technologies requires a change in the assumptions of how people learn and how instructional decisions are made. It is a detailed description of how to starting the eclecticism of Robert Gagne instructional environments can promote computer products, creating new forms of learning, learner centered, allowing greater freedom, stimulating the memory, providing feedbackand stimulating learning.
